ABOUT.
The Jamie Thompson Arts Foundation’s main mission is to cultivate and maintain a thriving creative arts Network, between the Caribbean, Americas and beyond. To accomplish this, JTAF focuses on three important areas: comprehensive creative arts education, artistic innovation, and cultural ingenuity.
The triangular scope is designed to focus on the experiences of Black, Indigenous and People of Color across the Caribbean and the Americas; ensuring that universal information, processes and resources are continually invested into the multinational creative arts ecosystem.

Performing Arts Conservatory
ICAI’s Performing Arts Conservatory provides comprehensive training for aspiring - performing artists and professional development for professional artists. The program is designed to prepare the artist for nuances of the of a global Arts market.
CARTT: Creative Arts as a Teaching Tool
CARTT is an ongoing research on how the Creative Arts can contribute to an increase in academic performance when integrated in the mainstream curriculum. The ultimate goal for CARRT is to develop a curriculum of proven strategies that can be used as a supplement in pedagogy, challenging the conventional teaching methods and shifting the place value of the Creative Arts in the established education system.
AART: Arts Administrators Resource Training
AART is designed to provide ongoing professional development and networking for working Arts Administrators. Curriculum will focus on industry best practices for fundraising and financial planning, talent management, marketing, community and cultural relevance and other relative topics.



CEIL provides a space where new ideas can be developed into experiences. In the lab, new dances, music, plays and musicals are incubated. Artists will be supported with the necessary resources for a successful production. The premise of all productions in the lab is centered in the BIPOC cultural experience.



SCIP supports festivals, productions and other activities that celebrates and advances culture. The Creative Arts must be the central medium for the cultural activities.
